Hawkinge Town has appointed former Folkestone Invicta striker James Everitt as manager, following the recent resignation of manager Danny Regan.

Hawkinge Town Football Club's Manager Danny Regan announced last night he has resigned from the club and is to take up the vacant manager’s post at Broadstairs FC.

Young people from Medway Children in Care Council secured bragging rights over their local police officers on Monday night when they won a football match at Gillingham Football Club’s MEMS Priestfield stadium.
