Last weekend saw the official opening of the new play area in the south eastern corner of Radnor Park, near the refurbished Lodge.

The lights which adorn the side and front of the iconic Dreamland seafront building in Margate have been officially switched on by Tracey Emin, marking a new era for the former cinema and the town.

 


£400,000 play area for Radnor Park in Folkestone to be ready for summer

People in Folkestone will see work start on the new play equipment next month, being the final phase of a project involving multiple organisations and partners, and nearly £400,000 of funding.
