Despite very short notice over 30 people gathered outside the Sure Start Children's Centre in Dover Rd, Folkestone to protest at KCC Highways arbitrary removal of road safety barriers in the town.

Last year Shepway Campaign Against All Cuts first highlighted the very risky proposals by KCC Highways to remove road safety barriers around the County.
