Thousands converge on Margate to make Gay Pride Parade bigger than ever

On Saturday 12 August thousands of revelers and spectators descended once again on Margate seafront to attend the town's annual Gay Pride Parade and festivities.

Kent Police is investigating reports a woman was sexually assaulted at some time between 10pm on Friday 11 and 4am on Saturday 12 August, in or near the graveyard at Church Road, Tenterden.
