Visitors locked in shops after cheetah escapes at Kent Wildlife Park near Hythe

Visitors to Port Lympne Wild Animal Park near Hythe were ushered to 'safe' areas this afternoon, 12 March following reports that a cheetah had escaped from its enclosure.
