A 38-year-old man is to appear in court charged in connection with offensive graffiti in Hythe.
Kent Police was called to Military Road during the afternoon of Thursday 12 November 2020, to a report of graffiti on a road sign and also a building.
A man of no fixed address was charged on Tuesday 17 November with two counts of racially aggravated criminal damage. He was also charged with two counts of failing to comply with a community protection notice.
He appeared at Maidstone Magistrates’ Court via virtual link the following day, and was bailed until 9 December when the case will be heard at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court.
