Detectives are appealing for information following an alleged assault in Maidstone

It was reported that a man was hit on the head on Lower Stone Street at approximately 8.30pm on Saturday 21 November 2020.

The victim, a man in his forties, was taken to a local hospital for treatment for a head injury. He has since been discharged.

The suspect is described as a man with a European accent, athletic build, medium length hair with short facial hair and was wearing an orange puffer jacket.

Enquiries are ongoing and officers are urging anyone who saw the incident, or who has any information, to call Kent Police on 01843 222289, quoting reference 46/208240/20.
