A photograph of a suspected stolen bike has been issued by officers investigating a series of thefts in the Maidstone and Aylesford areas.

On 8 November 2020, a 22-year-old man from Maidstone was arrested on suspicion of stealing cycles. On the same day, a woman aged 19 from Maidstone and a man aged 43 from Snodland were detained on suspicion of handling stolen property. All three suspects were later released pending further investigation.

Following the completion of a number of enquiries, officers are now appealing to anybody who believes the cycle in the photograph is theirs, to contact the appeal line.

Anyone who recognises the bike or has information that may assist the investigation is asked to call Kent Police on 01622 604100, quoting reference 46/117752/20.

You can also call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 or complete the online form.
