Witnesses are being asked to come forward after the windscreen of a bus was smashed while being driven in Canterbury.

The vehicle was travelling along Sturry Road in the direction of the city centre and was just passing South Street when the incident happened, at around 10.50am on Monday 1 March 2021.

An unknown object is believed to have been thrown at the bus and officers would like to hear from anyone who saw what happened, including a person who was seen to have been walking their dog in South Street at the time.

They are also appealing for anyone who may have captured the incident on their dashcam or doorbell camera to get in touch.
