Drugs, cash and mobile phones have been seized following the arrest of a suspected drug dealer in Folkestone.
Kent Police was called to a collision between a car and a van at junction eleven of the M20 near Westenhanger shortly before 5.30pm on Tuesday 23 March 2021.
A man who is believed to have been a passenger in one of the vehicles was reportedly seen to leave the scene shortly after the collision.
Officers arrived and, following a short search, a 37-year-old man from the Folkestone area was arrested nearby on suspicion of drugs offences.
Police seized a quantity of suspected cocaine, cannabis, a large amount of cash and mobile phones as part of an ongoing investigation.
The man who was arrested has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
No injuries were reported in collision.
