Witnesses are being urged to come forward following an altercation in Folkestone.

Kent Police was called at 2.45am on Wednesday 31 March 2021 after a reported altercation inside and then outside a property in Bayle Street.

Officers attended and two men were taken to a local hospital with head injuries and have since been discharged.

A 21-year-old man and a 22-year-old man, who are both from the Folkestone area, were arrested in connection with the incident and have been bailed while enquiries continue.

An investigation is ongoing and officers are urging anyone who saw what happened, or who has any information, CCTV or dashcam footage which may assist officers, to contact Kent Police on 01843 222289, quoting reference 46/52420/21.
