A computer-generated image of a man, shown above, has been issued by police investigating an accosting in Dover.

At around 11am on Tuesday 11 May 2021, a man reportedly followed a teenage girl into Connaught Park before exposing himself and attempting to hold the victim’s hand.

The suspect is described as between 18 and 25 years old, around five feet and ten inches tall, of slim build, with short dark brown hair and stubble.

He was wearing a light T-shirt, a dark jacket, dark jeans and boots and was carrying a black rucksack and a red suitcase with an extendable handle.

The victim left the scene and contacted police, who are investigating the incident.
