Officers are investigating a report of an assault on a victim in his 40s by three men in Maidstone.

The incident happened in Tonbridge Road near its junction with Western Road, on Saturday 13 November 2021.

Between midnight and 1am, a man in his 40s was walking towards the town centre when he was approached from behind by three men, who are alleged to have assaulted him.

Injuries

The victim suffered a facial cut and severe bruising and went to hospital for medical attention.

Investigating officer, PC Chris Welham, said: ‘We have been completing enquiries in the area, including the examination of CCTV footage, and are now appealing for anyone who saw the incident to contact us.
‘Drivers with dashcam and residents with private CCTV are also asked to check for footage that may assist our investigation.’
