Flood alerts issued for six Kent coastal areas

The Environment Agency has issued warnings to six coastal areas of Kent that there is a risk of flooding on Monday 7 February.

• The following six flood alerts are where a risk of flooding is possible
  • Coast from Dartford to Allhallows Updated at 6:10pm on 6 February 2022
  • Coast from Ramsgate to Kingsdown Updated at 4:31pm on 6 February 2022
  • Coast from St Margaret’s at Cliffe to Sandgate Updated at 4:23pm on 6 February 2022
  • Coast from Whitstable to Margate Updated at 6:11pm on 6 February 2022
  • Isle of Sheppey and coast from Kemsley to Seasalter Updated at 6:11pm on 6 February 2022
  • Tidal Medway, Medway estuary and Isle of Grain Updated at 6:10pm on 6 February 2022
