A suspect has been arrested by officers investigating a series of thefts of trees and plant pots in Ashford.
Officers from the town’s Local Policing Team have been carrying out enquiries following reports that potted trees were stolen from outside at least three properties in the Kennington and Chilmington Green areas on Wednesday 30 March 2022.
Investigations are also ongoing into two similar thefts in Chilmington Green on Wednesday 9 February.
A 22-year-old man from the Ashford area was arrested on suspicion of theft on Wednesday 6 April and has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
