British Transport Police has released an image, (shown above) to identify a man who died on the railway in Paddock Wood, near Tunbridge Wells.

Shortly after 11pm on Sunday 4 September, officers were called to Paddock Wood station following reports of a casualty on the tracks.

Paramedics also attended, however sadly a man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The incident is not being treated as suspicious, but despite extensive enquiries officers have been unable to identify the man and trace his family to inform them of this sad news.

To assist officers with their enquiries, this image of the man is being released. He also has a large tattoo of a bulldog with a spiked collar and with the text ‘Man Utd’ on his upper right arm.

Anyone who may have information that could help to identify him is urgently asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 615 of 04/09/22.
