‘Restart a Heart’ at Kent Fire and Rescue Service stations this week!

What would you do?

When someone goes into cardiac arrest, immediate action by anyone nearby could offer their only chance of survival. Would you know what to do in this scenario? Would you know what to do to help save a life?

In support of Restart a Heart Week, Kent Fire and Rescue Service is offering you the opportunity to join the crew at one of their fire stations.

You’ll get a free hands-on information session about CPR delivery and public access defibrillators (PAD), which are available for community use at all KFRS fire stations in Kent and Medway.

Spaces for sessions must be booked in advance and dates for all of the sessions can be found below.
