Shortly after midnight on Sunday 9 October 2022, a woman asleep in bed was woken by someone shining a torch through her bedroom door.
The woman called out and the intruder left.
A quantity of cash was reported stolen and two windows had been damaged at the property in The Riviera, Sandgate.
Detectives are appealing for witnesses or anyone who has private CCTV or dashcam footage in the area to come forward to assist enquiries.
