Kent Fire and Rescue Service is warning people to be aware of dangerous scaffolding in the area of Sandgate High Street, near Folkestone.

People are advised to stay away from windows due to a collapsed scaffold and debris being scattered by strong winds.

Firefighters were called to reports of collapsed scaffolding in Riveria Court and St John’s Court, near the High Street in Sandgate.

Efforts have been made to secure the scene to prevent further damage and the site owner has been notified.
