By Ray Duff – Dover Road, in Folkestone will be closed to all traffic from 1900hrs to 0500hrs each night from Tuesday 2 May between its junctions with Grace Hill, and both arms of Tontine Street. There will be diversions in place during the closure.
All traffic will be diverted via Foord Road to Blackbull Road, Canterbury Road, and Hill Road, upper Dover Road and Tram Road, especially for those needing to access Folkestone Harbour areas.
Alternative access, for cars, is via the Road of Remembrance to and from the Harbour.
For bus route 102 to and from Dover, check with the bus station or the driver for any route diversions.
