An unprovoked incident is alleged to have happened at around 5pm on Wednesday 10 May 2023, when a passenger boarded an Arriva bus in King Street, Maidstone.
It is reported after the vehicle became delayed, a man approached the driver’s cab and violently struck the protective screen. He abused the victim and made threats to harm them.
