Appeal for dashcam footage
Shortly before 11.55pm on Tuesday 9 May 2023, a teenager got off a bus to continue his journey home on foot when he was approached by a man in Woodberry Grove, Bexley.
The man had reportedly been on the same bus and followed the teen as he left the vehicle.
It is alleged the man threatened the boy with a knife and stole his black ‘Moncler’ jacket.
Drivers with dashcam who may have been in the area at the time of the incident are asked to check for relevant footage.
Investigating office PC Ellis Langford said: ‘Following initial investigations, which included house-to-house enquiries and a thorough review of CCTV, we are now in a position to release CCTV images of a man who may be able to help with enquiries. I would urge anyone who recognises him to get in touch.’
