Police are looking for a man who allegedly took two parcels from a house in Rochester.
The theft occurred at about 2.15pm on Monday 22 May 2023 in St Williams Way, Rochester.
According to the report, the man entered the porch of a house and snatched two parcels before fleeing the scene.
Blood
The man is described as white, aged between 20 and 30 years old. He was wearing a black hooded jacket and had dried blood around his mouth with a cigarette in it.
Officers have conducted enquiries, including checking CCTV footage and visiting nearby houses, and are now asking for anyone who saw the man to come forward.
