A man has been charged with knife offences following an incident in Gillingham.
At around 3.30pm on Tuesday 13 June 2023 a woman reported seeing a man through the window of a house, watching her and her child as they walked past.
This man is then alleged to have followed the victims to a nearby park where he made threats. He was also reported to have been in possession of a knife.
Following enquiries, a man aged 24 from Gillingham, has been charged with making threats to kill and possession of a bladed object in a public place.
He is due to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday 19 June 2023.
