Detectives are appealing for information following separate allegations of indecent exposure and a sexual assault in Maidstone.
The offences were reported to Kent Police on 30 June 2023 and are described as happening on consecutive days, in a wooded area between Sutton Road and Latter Road.
The first incident was during an afternoon in the middle of June, when a teenage girl and a boy were walking along a footpath. They encountered a man who is reported to have exposed himself and committed an indecent act in front of them.
It is alleged that on the following day the girl was sexually assaulted by the same suspect, in an area close to the scene of the first offence.
The man was described as having brown skin and was aged between 20 and 40. He had a muscular build, was around six feet tall, and was wearing blue jeans.
