A large fire broke out at an industrial building on a farm in Smarden, Ashford this afternoon, Saturday 15 July 2023.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service responded to the incident on Headcorn Road just after 1pm and sent ten fire engines, a height vehicle, a bulk water carrier and an all-terrain vehicle to the scene.
Crews wearing breathing apparatus used hoses and jets to put out the fire and prevent it from spreading to other buildings.
No one was hurt in the fire, and the cause is being investigated.
