Man accused of indecent act in Whitstable to face court

A man has been charged with outraging public decency after allegedly performing an indecent act in a car in Whitstable.

The incident was reported by a teenage girl who saw the man in a car parked in Kingsdown Park Road on the afternoon of Friday 11 August. Police officers arrested the man at the scene.

The suspect, a man aged from the town was charged on Saturday 12 August.

He has been remanded to appear at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Monday 14 August.
