Sentencing will take place at Maidstone Crown Court
A vandal who threw bricks and a garden gnome at parked cars in Maidstone has admitted to criminal damage and breaching a court order.
Danny Reed, 45, smashed the window of a Vauxhall Corsa and hit another car with the items in Chancery Lane on Saturday 12 August 2023, around 7.15pm.
He also trespassed on a driveway of a nearby property without the owner’s consent, violating a Criminal Behaviour Order that was imposed on him in April 2021.
Reed, from Maidstone, was arrested that night and charged with two counts of criminal damage and one count of breaching the order.
He pleaded guilty to all charges at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday 14 August and was released on conditional bail until his sentencing at Maidstone Crown Court on 24 October.
