A man in his 50s has died after being hit by a car on the A26 London Road, Southborough, near to Yew Tree Road, on Thursday morning.
The collision involved a silver Mercedes CLK 320 and happened at around 11.15am on Thursday 17 August 2023. Police and ambulance crews attended and the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.
The driver of the car was taken to hospital with minor injuries. No arrests have been made and enquiries are being carried out by the Serious Collision Investigation Unit.
Officers are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage to help them establish the circumstances of the incident.
