Police search and marine unit
Kent Police continues to appeal for help locating a man who went missing near Lower Stoke over a month ago.
Liam Graham
Liam Graham, 22, was last seen just before 1am in Stoke Road, between Lower Stoke and Hoo on Saturday 22 July 2023.
Liam is described as being white and of a medium build, with short hair and a short beard. He was last seen wearing dark shorts and a dark, long-sleeved top.
Investigating officers are renewing their appeal for new information, sightings, or people to come forward with any details they have not previously shared.
Appeal
Chief Inspector Trevor Jenner, District Commander for Medway, said: ‘Kent Police continues to deploy officers daily in efforts to locate Liam and a dedicated family liaison officer is regularly in contact with his family.
‘Since Liam’s disappearance we have carried out extensive enquiries including a thorough review of CCTV, area searches, and house-to-house enquiries.
‘Specialist officers have undertaken searches in numerous locations, assisted by drones, police helicopters, the dog unit, and the search and marine unit. Volunteers from the local community have also assisted in the search for Liam and I would like to thank them for their efforts.
‘We still have not located him and are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare. We continue to request public support in locating Liam. Anyone with information is asked to call Kent Police on 999 quoting reference 23-0247.’
Family statement
The family issued the following message:
‘If anyone has any information, no matter how small, pass it onto the Police, as any lead will help. We are finding it very difficult, as every day without Liam is getting harder and harder. We just want to see your smile again, Liam.’
