A man in his 50s who was riding a green Kawasaki ZX-10R motorcycle has died after coming off the machine when it left the track on a bend at Lydden Hill Race Circuit during a ‘track day’.

The incident at the motorsports venue in Wootton, near Dover, happened at around 12.50pm on Saturday 4 May 2024. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers from Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit.
