Kent Police was called to the collision involving a white Luton van and a pedestrian at around midday on Monday 13 May 2024. Officers arrived at the scene in a car park in Westwood Road, Broadstairs and a woman was taken to a London hospital with serious injuries, where she remains in a critical condition.
A 38-year-old man from Aylesford was arrested in connection with the collision and has been bailed pending further enquiries.
