The two bikes recovered by police Photos : Kent Police

The bikes were seized from a property in Barnetts Close in April this year and since then police have been unable to link them to any potential victims.

One of them is a grey Vitus Nucleus mountain bike, with black forks and the second bike is a Boardman MX Race model, which is black and has white forks.

As well as returning the bicycles to their owners, identification could also assist with an investigation into any offences committed say officers.

Anyone who recognises either of these items, or has any information, should call the west Kent appeals line on 01622 604100, quoting reference 0414-0388. Proof of ownership may be required, including serial numbers or other information which may help link a bike to its owner such as receipts or personal photos.
