Kent Police was called to Windmill Street in Gravesend shortly after 3pm on Tuesday 11 June 2024, following a report of a man exposing himself.
Police arrived and a man was quickly arrested nearby following enquiries made at the scene.
A 25-year-old man has since been charged with indecent exposure by officers from the North Kent Vulnerability Investigation Team.
The man, who is from Gravesend, was due to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 13 June.
