Police are appealing for information to help find a 22-year-old man reported missing from Rainham since Sunday.

Tommy Higgins was last seen in the town on Sunday 23 June 2024. He is described as being white, five feet and seven inches tall, of medium build with short wavy, mousey brown hair.
Tommy was wearing a black and white Adidas tracksuit, a black hooded top with a red dragon on the arm and grey and white trainers. Officers are concerned for Tommy’s welfare and are urging anyone who sees him or knows of his whereabouts to call 999 quoting reference 23-0829.
