A murder investigation has been launched by detectives following the death of a man at an address in Strood.
At around 12.30am on Friday 26 July 2024, officers discovered the body of the man in his 60s inside a property in Gun Lane. His death is being treated as suspicious and a murder investigation is underway to establish the circumstances.
A 42-year-old local woman, who was known to the victim, was arrested in connection with the incident this morning at around 4am. She remains in custody.
