Third man arrested following fracas in Ramsgate

Kent Police was called at 2.42am on Sunday 28 July 2024 to a report of a disturbance involving a group of people in Harbour Parade, Ramsgate. It was alleged that a man had been assaulted and injured by three men.

Officers attended along with South East Coast Ambulance Service and a man in his twenties was taken to a local hospital for medical treatment, after which he was discharged.

Later that day, officers arrested a 23-year-old man and a 28-year-old man in connection with the incident and, on Wednesday 31 July, a 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault. All three were bailed pending further enquiries.
