Four stolen vehicles worth a total value of more than £135,000 were recovered after a tracking device led police to a workshop near Sevenoaks.

At 3.15pm on Monday 12 August 2024, patrols went to the Tower Industrial Estate, Wrotham, where the device was activating on a vehicle reported as stolen. A search of the site led to the recovery of two BMWs and two Mercedes, and two men were arrested.

A subsequent search led to the seizure of signal transmitters, key fobs, and parts of an exhaust system.

A 26-year-old man from Dagenham, Essex, and a man aged 28 of no fixed address, have since been charged with four counts of receiving stolen goods. Both men have been remanded in custody pending a hearing at Maidstone Crown Court on 9 September.
