A man, arrested by Dover Victim Based Crime team has been charged in connection with a series of nine shoplifting incidents at Boots stores across the country.
Officers have been investigating a series of repeated thefts that were reported to have taken place throughout August 2024. Various beauty and health care items were stolen which totalled just over £9,000.
A 50-year-old London man was arrested on Thursday, 29 August, by the Dover Victim Based Crime team.
He faces nine counts of theft and appeared at Margate Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 30 August.
