Three suspects have been charged after police discovered nearly 80 cannabis plants at a flat in Chatham Road, Maidstone, on 10 September. Officers found the plants in various locations, including the loft.
Two men aged 61 and 26, together with a woman aged 54 were arrested and charged with cultivating cannabis.
They appeared at Thanet Magistrates’ Court on 11 September, pleaded not guilty, and were remanded in custody. Their next hearing is set for 7 October at Maidstone Crown Court.
