A celebration of Folkestone’s past, present, and future will be on display at a free photo exhibition later this month with Sandgate Road, Guildhall Street, Rendezvous Street, and Bouverie Square among the parts of the town in focus.

The exhibition offers reflections on the town’s rich history, as well as its future, at Bouverie Place Business Centre (CT20 1AE)* between 10am and 5pm on Friday 11 and Saturday 12 October.

The exhibition is the last of the Folke About Town series of town centre events which aim to energise Folkestone town centre.

Cllr Rich Holgate, Cabinet Member for the District Economy, is urging people to:

“Pop down to experience a celebration of our town’s rich heritage and exciting future.

“With contributions from residents, businesses, visitors, and students, it will give you the chance to see the town we all know and love in a way you’ve not seen before.”

*Bouverie Place Business Centre can be found at 16 Bouverie Place – adjacent to the bus station and opposite the Royal Mail Distribution Centre.
