CCTV footage has been released by police investigating a vicious robbery and assault that took place in August.

The incident occurred around 2:20 AM on August 3rd in Pudding Lane. A woman is accused of assaulting a man following a dispute and stealing his phone. She allegedly pushed him to the ground and repeatedly struck him before fleeing the scene with a male accomplice.

The pair continued their attack in the Medway Street car park, where they repeatedly slammed the victim’s head against a vehicle. The victim suffered a broken leg and a second phone was damaged during the assault.

Police are now appealing to the public for help in identifying the suspects.
