A drug bust in Greenhithe has led to the seizure of cocaine and cash, as well as the arrest of three men.
On Wednesday, October 16, local police officers stopped a Toyota Avensis in London Road, suspecting it was being used in the supply of drugs. A search of the vehicle and its occupants uncovered £1,025 in cash, four mobile phones, and several wraps of cocaine.
A 39-year-old man from Thamesmead, London, was subsequently arrested and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to supply and possessing criminal property. He appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Friday, October 18.
Two other men, aged 41 and 29, were also arrested but have been released on bail pending further investigation.
