It has been reported that a white Ford panel van travelling down the eastbound one-way sliproad onto the A2070 Bad Munstereifel Road from the Park Farm roundabout, was involved in a collision with a blue Ford Focus car travelling in the wrong direction. The collision was reported to have taken place at around 6am on Saturday 19 October 2024.
A man was treated at the scene by paramedics and a second man, aged 47 and from Ashford, was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving before being taken to a local hospital for treatment. He has been released on bail.
