Two arrests and seizure of motorbike in Swale within hours of theft in Sussex

Kent Police officers have arrested two suspects in Swale and recovered a motorbike within two hours of it being stolen.

Patrols from the Rural Task Force had been alerted to a tracker on the vehicle following its reported theft from Sussex, on Tuesday 17 December 2024.

At around 9.30pm, an officer visited Whiting Crescent in Faversham where the bike was found in the rear of a van. A knife was also seized.

Two local men, aged 21 and 45, were arrested while a third left the scene on foot. However, a man, aged 26 and from Maidstone, was arrested two days later. All the suspects were conditionally bailed while enquiries into the incident are completed.
