A suspected shoplifter has been hauled before the courts after allegedly going on a brazen spree at a local supermarket.
The suspect, a 31-year-old woman from Sittingbourne, is accused of repeatedly targeting Morrisons in Milton Regis, making off with a haul of goods including meat, cheese, booze, and even cleaning products!
Cops swooped in on Saturday, arresting the woman in Court Road after receiving reports of the alleged thefts.
Facing a string of charges, including multiple thefts and a breach of a previous court order, the suspect was remanded in custody and is due to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court today. This latest arrest comes as part of a wider crackdown on shoplifting in the Swale area, with Kent Police determined to bring criminals to justice!
