Firefighting operations have now finished at a house in Grand Drive, Herne Bay. Earlier warnings to avoid the area, due to road closures, have now been lifted.
Residents evacuated the property before crews arrived.
At the height of the incident yesterday, 31 January 2025, six fire engines, a height vehicle, were in attendance as crews, wearing breathing apparatus, extinguished the flames using hose reel jets and main jets.
The cause is not yet known, but is being investigated.
