Kent Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision between a dark green estate car and a pedestrian on White Hill Road, Challock, on Thursday, March 27, 2025. The incident, which occurred at approximately 11:30 am, has prompted an urgent investigation to locate the driver involved.
Officers responding to the scene found that the vehicle had left prior to their arrival. The pedestrian involved sustained injuries and was subsequently transported to hospital by the South East Coast Ambulance Service for further treatment. The extent of their injuries is currently unknown.
Police are actively pursuing all available leads, including a thorough review of CCTV footage from the area. They are also urging anyone who may have witnessed the collision or possesses relevant dashcam footage to come forward.
“We are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen the dark green estate car in the vicinity of White Hill Road around the time of the incident,” stated a police spokesperson. “Any information, no matter how small, could be crucial to our investigation.”
The police are urging residents and commuters who were in the area at the time to check their dashcam footage for any potential evidence.
