The suspects were transferred to Kent Police custody and further arrested for their suspected involvement in a keyless car theft conspiracy across Kent and the Metropolitan Police area.

A man aged 20, from Westerham, and another man aged 28, from London, were later charged with conspiring to commit burglary and conspiring to steal motor vehicles. They appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Friday 25 April and have since been remanded to custody pending a further hearing at Maidstone Crown Court at a later date.
