Four people have been arrested on suspicion of drug dealing and weapons offences following a series of proactive police raids in the Cliffe and Rochester areas of Medway.

On the morning of Friday, April 25, 2025, Kent Police executed search warrants at three addresses, leading to the recovery of suspected drugs and a variety of weapons.

At a property in Reed Street, officers seized a substance believed to be cocaine, along with cash, cannabis, deal bags, mobile phones, and scales. A number of weapons were also discovered, including zombie knives and knuckle dusters. A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and B drugs, as well as possession of an offensive weapon.

A nearby address was also searched, resulting in the seizure of cannabis and deal bags. An 18-year-old woman and a 17-year-old boy were subsequently detained for being concerned in the supply of a Class B drug. At a third property in Thatchers Lane, officers recovered suspected cocaine, cash, and various items of drug paraphernalia. A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.

All four suspects were taken into custody and have since been bailed pending further investigation.
